A preserved heritage
since 1895

Located in Epernay in a imposing building listed as a historical monument, its vast size holds all of the technical appartus. From its 6 kilometres of chalk-cellars to its 66 metres high tower, de Castellane offers a stunning frame full of history as well an outstanding panorama of the surrounding vineyards. Its buildings are stretching on 200 metres alongside the railway connecting Paris to Strasbourg. It strongly contributed the developpement of the de Castellane brand. by gathering on a single site the whole production line from the vats room and the bottling line to the 6 kilometre of cellars dug into the Epernay hill. By limiting the movement of the wines as well as the exposure to sunlight and changes in temperature these buildings contribute to the quality of our wines as an essential asset.
